Design a repeatable format first
One successful video is an event. A series is a promise. Before generating anything, define the repeatable elements: the main character, the recurring situation, the conflict, the final turn, and what viewers should expect next. If every episode requires a new universe and a new explanation, production will quickly become too expensive in time.
- 1. Write the series in one sentenceFor example: “Every Friday, a first-time founder tries to launch a new product while a digital assistant spots the one truth everyone ignores.” This is not one episode; it is an engine for dozens of episodes.
- 2. Start with the hook, not the title cardThe first seconds should create a question: what happened, why does it matter, and how will it end? Write five opening lines or visual actions, then choose the one that works even for someone who has not seen earlier episodes.
