What to include in your message
Describe what you were trying to do, what you expected and what happened instead. Include the page address, your device and browser. If your question concerns a specific project, add its name or published address. A screenshot showing the error message can help us understand the problem.
For billing questions, include your account email, payment date and receipt or order reference if you have one. Do not include passwords, API keys or full card details. For privacy or account-deletion requests, write from the email associated with your account and explain which data or settings your request concerns.
