Terms of Service

Please read these Terms before using the Cormak AI web application, cormak.app, generated websites, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Cormak AI is a web application that helps create websites, static app screen storyboards, Telegram bots, presentations, advertising drafts, and related digital materials with artificial intelligence. Interactive editing and supported source tools are available in the web workspace. Features may differ by plan, region, and release version.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not transfer your account, impersonate another person, or use automated account creation to evade limits.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
Cormak Pro and Cormak Business are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Dodo Payments and managed from the web account at app.cormak.app. Deleting your Cormak AI account does not itself cancel an active subscription. AI-credit limits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Video credits are consumable purchases sold separately unless expressly stated otherwise. The secure checkout and customer portal govern payment processing, cancellation, and refund handling.
3.1 Web Purchases and Custom Domains
Purchases offered through app.cormak.app are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: Dodo Payments collects the payment, issues the receipt, applies applicable tax, and handles refund requests for those purchases. Cormak does not sell new domain registrations at launch. Pro customers may connect a domain they already own; the domain remains in their account with their chosen registrar, and registration and renewal fees remain payable directly to that registrar. Cormak provides guided DNS verification and automatic HTTPS but does not become the registrant or registrar. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Your Content
You keep your rights in the materials you submit and the output created for you, to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party terms. You grant Cormak AI the limited technical permission needed to store, process, preview, export, and publish those materials at your direction. You must have the rights and consents needed for all submitted and published material.
5. AI Content
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or similar to other content. Review code, claims, licenses, and legal compliance before publishing or relying on output. Cormak AI does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for fraud, phishing, malware, illegal products or services, sexual or NSFW content, exploitation, harassment, hate, infringement, privacy violations, deceptive impersonation, or attempts to bypass security and usage limits. Cormak does not offer voice cloning, and you may not attempt to create deepfakes or imitate a real person's identity or voice deceptively. We may restrict access to or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Publishing and Direct Contact Links
Published sites are available through public internet links. You are responsible for the content, notices, and contact destinations on your site. Cormak may surface validated direct email, phone, Telegram, or WhatsApp links that you supplied. Cormak does not receive or store messages sent through those links. Generated sites must not present forms that request passwords, payment-card details, authentication codes, or other secrets.
8. Ads Studio
The current Ads Studio prepares copy and campaign-draft settings. It does not automatically publish advertisements or charge ad spend. You must transfer, review, and launch materials in your own Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager account. We do not guarantee campaign approval, reach, or results.
9. Availability and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, Cormak AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service.
